I am travelling to Melbourne and Tasmania at the same time, where can I find my luggage?
Our company can help you arrange it. For example, after the Melbourne trip, you only need to pay some extra fees to leave most of your luggage in Melbourne, and then take out a small part of your luggage to Tasmania. When you return to Melbourne after the Tasmania trip, we will arrange a special car to send your luggage to the airport, so you don't have to pay extra Tasmania ticket luggage fees.

Booking process?
After communicating via your Whatapps/ WeChat/ Line/ Facebook, we will issue you an invoice. Please check your itinerary and price carefully. If you don’t understand, you can always ask us. Then we will charge 50% of the invoice and transfer it via Hong Kong FPS, China Alipay or local Australian bank. The remaining 50% can be paid directly to the tour guide on the day of arrival.
Is there food on the bus? What are the arrangements for lunch and dinner?
Our company knows that some tourists have a hard time riding the bus, so we will provide you with water or some cookies to relieve yourself. If necessary, we will help you find the nearest store to buy some. For lunch, we will introduce some local food to you, and for dinner, we will have some recommendations for you.
What should I do if an accident occurs?
Call 000 immediately with your mobile phone. If you don't speak English, you can call 131450 to find a translator to help you. Our tour guides are happy to provide assistance. Since we are not familiar with the road, we will try our best to help you.
How much luggage can be stored?
This depends on the actual situation. Please communicate with our customer service to make arrangements. Generally, we will not take any luggage to different attractions. At most, one small backpack per person is enough. Most of the luggage will be left at the hotel.
How to pick up on that day?
Customer service will confirm all the itineraries with you one week in advance. The vehicle will arrange pick-up in the morning according to the location of your hotel. Most hotels should be in the city center. If they are in remote places, we need to charge extra fees.
How many people are there in each group?
To ensure the quality of service, we have about 2-12 people in each group. Even if there are only two suitable people, we will still go out (depending on whether we have a tour guide and a vehicle)
How are the charges calculated?
Our charter charges start from $450 for 5 people, $600 for 8 people, and $700 for 12 people (depending on the distance). We cannot guarantee the cheapest price, but we can guarantee the quality and comfort. For group tours, any itinerary is $170 excluding tickets. (We provide ticket reservation service)
How does the hotel arrange it?
Because Melbourne has a wide variety of hotels with affordable prices, you can choose airbnb, or we also provide booking services. We hope to help you book everything in one go.
